Master Shivram Makwana, the Vice Secretary General of the World Children’s Taekwondo Union and the President of Children’s Taekwondo Union of India, is a 5th Dan Black Belt Kukkiwon from the World Taekwondo Headquarters in South Korea, 6th Dan Black Belt from Universal Taekwondo Association in the US & 8th Dan Black Belt Chung-Do-Kwan from the World Taekwondo Chung-Do- Kwan Federation in South Korea. He is a Kukkiwon World Taekwondo Academy certified Class 3 Instructor.
