Vijay Lancy
Vijay Lancy has been involved in Professional Badminton for the last 25 years in various capacities as a Player, Coach, Managing Leagues, CEO, etc. This multi faceted exposure has helped me hone my skills, given me exposure from the grass root up to the professional level and has allowed me to speak at various seminars, workshops at the IIM’s, Management Institutes, Schools etc. Vijay lancy’spassion is to build a Professional Sports Ecosystem for all the stakeholders.
Credentials:
- Thomas Cup, Prague, Czech Republic 1996: member of Indian contingent Gold medal in SAARC team championships in 1996
- World Junior Championships, Jakarta 1992: represented the Indian contingent
- World Champion Above 40 Men’s Doubles category in the Senior World Championships at Katowice, Poland
Anup Sridhar
Anup Sridhar is an Olympian and Arjuna awardee having represented the Country for over 15 years.
Anup has trained at the Prakash Padukone Badminton Academy in Bangalore and also trained at the Gopichand Academy in Hyderabad.
In addition to this, Anup has spent several years training in Denmark, France, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc., under the best international coaches which has provided him phenomenal exposure to international standards and methodologies of coaching and training.

- Olympian and Arjuna Awardee
- Bronze medal in the 2006 Commonwealth Games
- Head coach of Awadhe Warriors franchise of the PBL (Premier Badminton League) for the last 5 years
